if I had to give you something that would help is I started doing this thing where i write one reason to stay alive everyday and post it on my insta story (you can tweet it) that seems to help me a lot. and of course lean on you friends. you're so strong for pushing through without having the will you dont know how hard that is. you're so incredibly strong I'm so proud of you.
suicide is not an escape. You have so much time ahead of you, a long road ahead of you and it's gonna get better because time changes everything. You have a chance. Think about so many things that you haven't done yet, think about so many people you haven't met yet. It's hard right now and its because of phases like this that you will be able to fight all through your life and find happiness through the smallest things.
We're not the ones to give up. If we're alive right now that means we're strong enough to make it to the end.
Of course I'm not aware of what you're going through and how hard it is, but I do see that if things are extremely hard for you right now and you're still alive then that means you're extremely strong. At a point life really gets too hard but at another point you'll be with all your loved ones, the happiest and the most successful. Stay alive for that day and fight your demons. We all can make it. And there will surely be a day when all of us will be happy to be alive. Create your reasons to stay alive, think about how important some things are to you. Your life is about you and you can control it, you can make it better. Your patience really pays off. You need a lot of patience and patience comes through hope.
Start to do things that you really love, your mental health comes first, especially when you're suicidal. Go out and watch the sunset or sunrise. Take care of yourself. Make sure you dont push back feelings. Write down the most important things to you and reasons to stay alive. Just take breaks from working because you really need time for yourself.
Giving up is really not worth it, your life is worth a lot. You have to grow so much and learn so much. We don't know what death is, we just know that life is over when we die. Maybe it's not what we think it is. Maybe death is worse and death could be better if you die as per the will of god because you'll be a better person then. tell yourself your lucky to be alive and you can make it, you don't deserve to die.
You need help here, you need support. You're certainly not alone. You can ask for help, you deserve that. You need to talk to someone, talk to your family or your best friends but if you're not comfortable with that you can opt for online therapy or ask for help on your social media. You can also go for suicide hotlines. It's never too late. Even if your suicidal thoughts are completely taken over you, you can take over them and fight. It takes a lot of strength and you have that.
I acknowledge that the reason why many individuals dont ask for help is because they think its attention seeking, in many scenarios even including self harm and they dont want to seem that way. When you seriously need help to the point that you're almost about to end your life or you are hurting yourself, it's not attention seeking to ask for help whatsoever, it's important. Be proud of yourself that you were strong enough for asking for help because even that takes a lot of strength from you. You can do it.
If people don't understand you then that's okay, it's never about those people. It's all about you. Only you know how hard things are for you and you are enough. You will meet someone who will understand your feelings or maybe you can tell someone else that you haven't told and they may understand you. But always remember that you have yourself and that's special.
